I have a story I want to share with you.
It's a story about Cathy and Chris - a husband a wife who are getting ready to embark on a kitchen remodeling project.
The story also involves Tom from Cornerstone Construction and Bill from Refined Remodeling. Two solid remodelers, but one of them is doing the 'little things' that help him win the sale... While the other is not.
As we work through the story, we'll go through these 4 areas in the Sales & Marketing Process:
1. The initial phone call and what happens before either remodeler arrive at Cathy & Chris' door.
2. The in-person meeting.
3. The follow-up.
4. What happens right after the project is signed and after the project is completed.
The story is a fictitious tale, but I think as we move through it, you'll see that it is a story that is played out in our industry everyday. And I'll be curious to see which of the two remodeling companies remind you of YOUR business.
