This week’s Hat of the Week is a bit of a curveball — and one of my new favorites.
During an in-person Elevate peer group meeting, the crew wrapped up a full day of strategy and systems work and then headed out to downtown Ann Arbor for some fun.
Their destination? A Ratboys concert.
To top it off, they surprised me with a signed Ratboys hat as a little memento of the night. Totally unexpected and a great reminder that peer groups aren’t just about numbers and growth — they’re about connection, community, and making great memories together.
