Show 5: TJ Elbert with Elbert Construction shares his past mistakes and key things he is doing now to build a great exterior remodeling company

TJ Elbert is owner and CEO of Elbert Construction - one of the fastest growing exterior remodeling companies in the Indianapolis area.  TJ has tjelbertbeen in the remodeling industry for over 16 years and is a 2013 Bright Future Award Winner at Owens Corning.  He started out in the property management business with over 93 clients, but quickly realized that he could not sustain that type of business and had to close the doors.

He started Elbert Construction out of necessity and felt that their was opportunity in Indianapolis for a high quality roofing provider that treated home owners fairly and provided good jobs in the community. TJ Elbert is a rising star in the industry and definitely someone that any remodeling entrepreneur should pay close attention to what they are doing. TJ shares some of his past mistakes and identifies a few key things that he is doing to continue to achieve explosive growth.
